Card Kingdom and TCGPlayer are showing (sold out) at $330, which works out to $350 after taxes. I said it in another thread, but if you are buying a draft booster box of Double Masters 2022 for more than $350 before tax, you are being ripped off. Even TCGPlayer's lowest price is $329.71. I do realize Amazon is an independent company, but this is everywhere. I know the 6 stores local to me all have prices $330 and above per box. Where do others stand on this? Is it the new norm for Booster Boxes to have to pay well over retail price if you don't pre-order in time? Is this a problem that WOTC should be addressing themselves, or is this an issue that stores and retailers need to address?Įdit: I was using Amazon as a base line everyone could view. I understand this is THE hot set for competitive players, but why isn't WOTC pushing out enough product to sate the current demand? If this is the price per box over 2 week prior to the release, it will be near impossible to get a box for less than $400 by the time July 8th roles around. We are now at a point where the cheapest box on Amazon is roughly $375. When Double Masters was announced, they were announced at $255 per Draft Booster Box.
